Weight Loss Exercises are a very sought after topic, but the truth of the matter is that THERE IS NO EXERCISE THAT WILL DIRECTLY HELP YOU LOSE WEIGHT!
Huh?
Allow me to explain. Weight Loss in your body will generally only occur under the following condition:
Energy Burnt (daily activity) > Energy Consumed (daily food intake)
As you can see, there is no Exercise in the equation. Exercise will help you burn more energy, but won’t actually help you lose weight directly. If you exercise a lot, and eat a lot, you won’t lose any fat.
So what is all the talk with exercise and weight loss?
Good question!
In this post, I will cover the left part of the above equation - Energy Burnt, and how to maximise it.
So let’s assume you already know everything about Healthy and Low Calorie Diet. Now your only question is what exercise you should stick to to burn the most calories possible.
So an average human is consuming roughly 2,500 to 3,000 calories per day. What are the exercises that will help offset that?
There are actually 3 exercises that I would recommend to everyone:
1) Bicycle Riding - 1,100 calories burnt per hour
Get yourself a bicycle, hop on it, and head out into a park or somewhere nice. Better still, grab a friend to come with you. It’s fun, and you will burn MASSIVE AMOUNTS of calories!
2) Squash - 1,000 calories per hour
Another fun exercise, with LOADS OF ENERGY BURNT!
3) Boxing - 700 calories per hour
Take up boxing lessons, or just grab the gloves and the target, and head out to the park with your friend. You will lose a heap of energy, and after a few months, you can easily kick someone’s ass!
